ASIS - (American Society for Industrial Security) Information Sharing with members.
Civil Air Patrol - Assist with Damage Assessment following a disaster.
Communications - Member of Associated Public-Safety Communications Officials, Inc. (APCO). Group coordinates public safety communication issues with Federal Communication Commission (FCC) and other federal, state and local entities.
Crisis Response - Collaborative effort with Criminal Justice Council and Delaware Health and Social Services for statewide assessment of crisis response capabilities.
Delaware Geological Survey - DGS conducts seismic hazard vulnerability and risk studies.
Housing - $1.2 million grant for use by low/moderate income families for unmet needs following a disaster.
Insurance - Partnership with insurance commission and agencies to facilitate information sharing following a disaster.
- Regional Interagency Steering Committee - Federal, state and local governments and private agencies meet biannually to review interagency and intergovernmental issues relating to the Federal Response Plan.

School Safety Working Group - Committee of emergency responders, emergency-based social service agencies, educational associations, school administrators and state agencies to improve safety and emergency planning in schools.
Social Services - Partnership to coordinate human needs such as planning evacuation accommodations for persons with special medical needs.

Technology - Member of Safety and Homeland Security and Department of Technology and Information (DTI) technology groups.
Volunteers - Assist with administrative work for special projects. Engineers assist in damage assessment and review of potential sites for temporary storage of debris from large-scale events such as a hurricane.
Weapons of Mass Destruction Working Group - Representatives from police, emergency management, military, fire and other public agencies developing an effective response to the threat of an unlawful use of weapons of mass destruction.
