HazMat Capability Survey

The Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) and the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) are conducting a statewide Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Capability Assessment in partnership with Facets Consulting. This project aims to examine current hazmat personnel, equipment, training, coordination, and overall readiness across Delaware. As part of this assessment, we are seeking input from individuals, departments, agencies, and organizations involved in hazardous materials preparedness, response, and recovery. Your participation is essential. The survey is designed to collect honest, field level perspectives that will help identify real world challenges, capability gaps, and opportunities for improvement. There are no right or wrong answers, your candid feedback directly supports the development of statewide recommendations and future planning efforts.
